Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our location in London, Ontario. Canada. Orders placed before 12pm EST are often shipped same day. Please note that some items may require several days of processing time.  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and you can follow the delivery progress.

We use plastic free packaging to ship all orders. When possible, we reuse the boxes.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard shipping on all retail orders over $100 (after any discounts and pre tax) across Canada ($275 USA). Delivery time is 1 to 5 business days. Shipments to Ontario and most Quebec are delivered quicker (1-3 business days) than other provinces. Free shipping doesn't apply to wholesale orders. 

Delivery is available to Yukon, Nunavut and NW Territories. An additional Shipping and Handling fee will apply to shipments going to Yukon, Nunavut or NW Territories. Additional transit time may be required.
